i called, said “hi! i was wondering” and then asked if they carry a script and the young woman hung up on me lol… just out of nowhere… so professional and strange. no answer and hung up on me.

Great pharmacy with very kind staff. Sometimes the line can get long around 4-5pm, but I don’t mind. Just plan accordingly if you’re in a hurry!

I recently visited this pharmacy and was extremely impressed with the level of service provided by two Young ladies. They were professional, patient, and took the time to explain my prescription thoroughly, answering all of my questions. I really appreciated their attention to detail and the care they took in ensuring I understood how to use my medication. The pharmacy was clean and well-organized. I’ll definitely be returning for future needs. Highly recommend!

I recently had an exceptional experience with Rimco. From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed by the friendly staff who were eager to assist. They also called me precisely on time to inform me that my medication was ready for pickup, which was incredibly convenient and saved me a lot of hassle. Highly recommend!

Lady at the front desk is incompetent and a poor communicator. Her lack of knowledge around her own store's policies led to me not being able to receive my medication on time. Youre playing with peoples medications, and thats not cool. If you didnt take goodrx, you shouldve said that on the phone instead of saying its not a guarantee but it works most of the time and come by and run your coupon to see if it works. I would not have sent my prescription to this pharmacy if you hadnt run your mouth about stuff you dont know. Then you lied to my face about what you told me on the phone. This is not a joke. These meds are too expensive for me to afford without goodrx and you wasted my time. Owner/manager: you need to train your staff better.
