Rightway Pharmacy

An absolutely marvelous Pharmacy with the nicest people you will ever encounter preparing your all-important medications. They're very professional, so very accommodating, and so very kind and nice in the extreme. And... get this.. they deliver! You read that right - they will deliver all over Brooklyn, I believe. However, on the off-chance I am wrong, which seldom, if ever, happens :) - give them a call. By my own admission, I am a very tough critic, so when I praise any business, it's, let's say, noteworthy. You will not regret it - I promise you.

Pharmacy is great and helpful. Delivery service is horrible. Missed first day for delivery and 2nd day was looking for a reason to skip again. Medicine did not arrive till 10:15pm on the second day of delivery. Delivery service is not professional at all. The five stars is for the pharmacy part but there delivery service is negative 5.

The relationship is new; we’ve just began working with them as part of the annual insurance medication review program for Medicare members/Seniors, reason for four stars. They’re closing the gap in issues with specific supply chain challenges with asthma inhalers. I like their friendly delivery program. Please support SMB pharmacies!

Despite telling them you don’t need the medication they still send it and bill you

It's a small pharmacy, so the OTC selection seemed limited, but I found roughly what I needed. The person at the register was a pleasure to deal with. It's customer service like this that brightens your day and makes you want to come back to a place.
