Right Step Medical Center & Urgent Care - Long Point

The practitioners and providers at this clinic are great and very knowledgeable. However, the clinic really needs better medical assistants who are bilingual in english. Communication is a big part of healthcare, and when medical assistants don’t understand what you’re trying to explain, it can create confusion and unnecessary frustration. Improving bilingual support would make a huge difference in the overall patient experience.

I went there today for the first time. I’m not gonna lie the outside look kind of sketchy, but once you walked in, it was decent. From there, my experience just got better and better. The front staff was very nice and the nurse practitioner I saw was probably the most helpful person I’ve interacted with in a while. He showed genuine concern for me and ask a lot of questions and took time explaining how to take the medication’s and what they were for. If I ever have to go to urgent care again, I will be returning here every single time.

I was seen by the Nurse Practitioner, Mrs. Esquivel. She was so sweet, I highly recommend that you come see her. She was informative and had really good bedside manners. She was able to diagnose me and give me several options to treat a bad ear infection that I had. I will definitely make Right Step Urgent care my go-to for any future urgent medical needs.

2 stars because overall the doctors are nice but the front desk girls are horrible. I am so mad right now just came from taking my baby there and they charge you for extra stuff. They’ll tell you one price and then once you’re ready to pay they’ll go up to another prize and then they’re never in the same page. They try to say it’s for one thing and then it’s for another but they can never come into agreement of what they’re charging you for. They just charged me an extra $50 that I was not supposed to pay, but I was not about to wait for the manager. I got a whole baby with fever crying his eyes off. Come on DO. BETTER!

When I am sick with my children I always come here the attention provided is the absolute best . The providers are very knowledgeable and always answer all my questions . Also the front desk secretary Nardi is the best she is nice and greets me all the time even when I’m having a bad day. I recommend this clinic 100% they will take care of you and your family.
