As others have noted, if you're looking for a vanilla scented, woo woo spa music nap on the massage table, look elsewhere. But that's not a bad thing. I see Robby through a referral from my primary care provider at the Salem VA clinic. I have never had a massage as good. Robby has the ability to get into the deeper muscle tissue and break up years worth of back pain. Someone else left a bad review saying they are not veteran friendly, I highly disagree, they have been nothing short of amazing. I also recommend that this other veteran learns how the VA system works before mouthing off. The VA controls how much time you spend on the table, direct your anger accordingly. And Robby makes a half hour feel like you spent a day on the table.

They “accept” VA referrals but automatically kick it to a 30 minute massage - which is a joke for Veterans since we have multiple disease processes - tried communicating that the VA expects the provider to determine the minutes then this “company” refuses to do but expects the Veteran to cover the cost after 30 minutes - what a scam and a rip off - reporting them - not a Veteran friendly company - avoid this place If you notice the owners response they don’t address why they (right nice therapies) sets the referral to 30 minutes not the provider - they also fail to mention this is about the recovery of funds from the VA since the CPT code or HCPCS code for 30 minutes never gets denied - this isn’t a scope of practice issue like they claim - it’s a billing and recovery of funds issues - si

Robby succeeds where others do not.
