Great team who used their training to save my nephew’s life, he had an aneurysm at work and they knew what to do and acted fast. My nephew was life flighted to Iowa City and in surgery to correct the issue in under an hour. He is making great progress and expected to have no long term health issues. I would put names but not sure that’s what the team would want but you know who you are. God bless you all.

The management team makes A LOT of mistakes and handle their long term care facilities very poorly. The managers are always looking for someone else to blame for their mistakes whether it’s the people working under them or the facilities. They do not care about the people or facilities as much as they care about their pockets. Not a good company to trust overall.

Why are answering my phone calls about switching meds over washington pharmacy and im tried to nice to u and i want the supervisor call me and please and thank you

They always give the right dose!

No one ever answers the phone! So frustrating!
