Ridgeview Village: Leader in Long-Term Care and Rehabilitation

If I could give them no stars I would. My mother got admitted there on January 21st 2026. Got discharged February 7th 2026. She only got two bed baths while she was there and they only shampooed her hair once. One night no one answered the call light. Her and her roommate didn’t get their diapers changed. The worst part is she had a lot of swelling on her feet and other parts of her body. A nurse said they were going to start her on Lasix. I doubt very seriously they gave it to her if they did they didn’t inform the doctor that it wasn’t working. The PT told her she could walk by herself. She got up on the 7th of February to go to the bathroom. She was opening the door and fell backwards and hit her head on a bench that was outside the door. She went to the hospital and got 5 staples in th

I recently moved my 94 year old mother to Ridgeview. I have to say that it was the best decision possible. Everyone one there is dedicated to providing the best possible care for each of their residents. I have had previous experience with multiple care facilities throughout my career and Ridgeview by far exceeds every single one. I would definately recommend if you are looking for quality care for your loved one then Ridgeview is the place you will want to choose. They go above and beyond to provide the best possible care.

Absolutely do not recommend. My grandmother was there for physical therapy after she fell and broke her leg. She was there for less than 20 days(16 days actually) and we had been told she no longer qualified for skilled nursing. They claim she could ride a bike, walk, etc. the morning my grandmother was going to be released she fell while trying to get to the restroom, required 5 staples to the back of her head! They still released her to go home, which is good because she can receive better care, more frequent baths. She was so weak over the weekend she can barely get up or walk but they expect us to believe she was riding a bike and walking excellent?!? She literally could barely get up Saturday. I'm happy to commence the Ridgeview Village and it's staff members for giving so much of themselves...doing a recent visit I was appalled at how thoughtful and open they were yet attentive composed and focused ready to cater to anyone's needs during my visit they showed me the true meaning behind the words resilience simplicity understanding and care for patience and staff members alike I'm so please and grateful for the openness they expressed and continues to bring to their facility day and night I've always said I'll take love support and understanding any day of my life over fancy.... My mother is in the rehabilitation center and she really likes everything about the place. I go every morning and I have seen for myself the cleanliness, care, great nurses and staff in action. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing help with a loved one.
