Super disappointed in how this office is run. When I scheduled my appointment they asked what insurance I had and confirmed they were in network. Today I came for the appointment and have stacks of paperwork to fill out. Nothing is done in advance electronically. So I spent almost 30 minutes working on that. After I turn it in they asked for hundreds of dollars for today's appointment. I was only scheduled for a check up. No blood draw or labs. I asked what it was for and they had no explanation. I asked them to first bill my insurance (which is standard when in network). I never have to pay unless seeing someone out of network. Apparently their policy is to collect a full fee up front and then if insurance pays they will credit my account. This was not disclosed to me when I made the appo

I love dr hamby. He has been my doctor for about 3 years now with the exception of when I moved to big Spring but when I moved back to Midland it was a no brainer who I would choose as my pcp

Update: Dr. Hamby reached out to me via text. During our exchange, he mentioned that changes, such as implementing a call center, will take effect next month. At least he’s aware of the issues and is starting to put solutions in place. Disappointed with Office Efficiency Despite Great Providers. I’m extremely frustrated with the lack of time management at this office. I specifically scheduled the first appointment of the day—8:00 AM—so I could be seen promptly before I head to work. I arrived early at 7:55 and waited outside the door until unlocked at 8:00, was the first to sign in, and completed all paperwork immediately. Dr. Hamby and his staff are always welcoming and supportive of patients needs! I’ve always had a very great experience in office and telehealth visits!

Dr Hamby, is an amazing physician! He’s one of the only drs , I know here in midland that will focus on your health and especially HRT! Others don’t see the importance of being on top of staying balanced early in life! He focuses on putting the best version of yourself out there! I love all he provides for his patients! Peptides are another amazing thing he does, for faster recovery and healing and just overall better health.
