I’ve been coming to Dr. Harrison’s office my whole life, and I truly can’t imagine going anywhere else. It’s such a family-oriented place, and the staff is absolutely amazing, so welcoming, kind, and they genuinely remember you, which makes every visit feel personal and comfortable. Dr. Harrison is incredible, and someone you can fully trust with your care. And my hygienist Brittany deserves a special shoutout as well, she’s the best! I’m so grateful to have a dental office that feels like family. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place that truly cares.

Let’s just say that I should have asked for an estimate before scheduling my first appointment. My dental insurance offers two free cleanings and free annual X-rays but this office doesn’t tell you if they find a dental problem they code it so the insurance only pays 20% and they make more money. They only did a superficial cleaning, exam and X-rays on the first visit but ended up coding it as a periodontal exam and cleaning so they could make more money. They did X-rays and cleaned my teeth. The doctor never looked in my mouth and I ended up paying a $100 deductible and 80% of an exam I didn’t get. I called my insurance company and they said they pay according to how the procedures are coded. I get my teeth cleaned every six months. I didn’t ask for a periodontal exam or full mouth xrays.

Every person I had contact with, from the scheduling to the hygienist, to Dr. Harrison, to the receptionist, was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. This was my first visit, and they made me feel comfortable and provided great feedback on my oral health.

I went for a 6 month cleaning of my teeth only. They added 15.00 dollars to our 100.00 deductible and did not tell me until we got the bill. Then added many charges my insurance did not pay for and put the initial exam told these charges so my insurance would not cover them. It is called scamming the patient. I am very disappointed with your firm.

Cindy runs runs the front office, I met her on the phone last week as a new patient , she was very friendly, got me in for a cleaning Monday, Tuesday morning I had a previously troubled tooth unexpectedly fall out, she got me in within 2 hrs to address the issue and made the whole experience of filling out necessary forms seamless and efficient. The hygienist was very friendly and carefully attentive. The next day Dr Harrison did an excellent job extracting the troubled tooth and completing a bone graft and got me as good a new! I just met these people, was a new Patient and they treated me like I was one of their VIP patients. If you are in Jacksonville in need of a great Dental Team, you now know where to go.
