Whoever is in charge of answering the phones over there has a disgusting, childlike attitude. Professionalism is clearly not something that is required. My mother was calling for more information & to ask questions about a past visit and your disrespectful employee frequently cut her off from the second she answered the phone, eventually asked her “And the purpose for this call is?” & just blatantly acted like doing her job was an inconvenience. Very bad business.
