Richmond Pharmacy

I was receiving my medications from Richmonds pharmacy for a few years, they auto filled all my prescriptions, never had problems with insurance or copay, they were all very professional and good at what they do!! The delivery driver, he was kind friendly and polite. I moved to the suburbs and happly married now. I just wish I could of taken Richmonds pharmacy with me, it's going on 4yrs and I have yet to find a pharmacy that gets it All right. Some are worse than the others, BUT for me Richmonds will always be my number one Pharmacy! Thank you Richmond pharmacy staff and owners.🙏

Called into the pharmacy to be answered by a rude and argumentative representative, when dealing with consumers some sort of professionalism should be there.

Best pharmacy on the North Shore! Tip your delivery driver....he goes above and beyond! I have literally been in an awful situation when my ADHD child was going FLORIDA the next day for school vacation! This pharmacy delivered, literally to my door at 6pm the night before the trip. TIP YOUR DELIVERY DRIVER! He is the absolute best!

My 93-year-old mom ended up with a big chain last year when her small pharmacy was sold. Her prescription drug prices increased by 86% overnight. I immediately switched to another pharmacy to keep costs down. Unfortunately as of January 1st that small pharmacy was removed from Optum's Preferred Network. Fortunately I found Richmond Pharmacy. Lisa has been excellent. Deliveries start on Monday and my mom will once again be saving about $80 per month. I'd definitely recommend Richmond to anyone who'd appreciate great service and lower prices!

Extremely unprofessional owner/pharmacist. For the limited time I used their services for my elderly/disabled mother, it was a nonstop hassle dealing with arrogant customer service. My last call was few days ago when I asked the pharmacist if her new script went into am or pm ( in a pill pack). I mentioned it was critical for my mother to take before bed. The pharmacist told me to go else where and hung up on me. Prior to this , I visited as a walk in to fill a script and was told “ I lost money on this I’m not doing this again”.
