I don't know how some rude receptionists work here. They are not cooperative. I had an appointment with them today, and I was 8 minutes late. They said I couldn't make the appointment because there was too much paperwork, and it would be too late. I requested the receptionist, as there was an older lady working there who said it was okay, but the receptionist insisted it wasn't. She said I couldn't make the appointment and continued with her unhelpful attitude. I took time off, and due to traffic, I was 8 minutes late. From the beginning, the receptionist had an attitude. When I called for a new patient appointment, she said there were too many criteria for making one. For today's appointment, I had already taken the required antibiotics as pre-visit medication. After all of this nonsense,

My dentist of many years retired and I have been searching for a new dentist. It was difficult for me to think about this. My husband recommended his new dentist, Dr. Louis Brown . I had my first appointment last week. I am happy about my choice. Dr. Brown and his staff are so professional and caring. The office and equipment are very clean. I have trust in them. He is my new dentist.

Prosthetic Associates has the friendliest staff and dentists. They are meticulous. Dr. Mori is extremely knowledgeable and thorough! Maria in the office is always friendly and available to assist with any insurance needs you may have. All the hygienists are fantastic. You can't go wrong with any of them. I recommend them highly!

Since I had needed a "soonest" appointment for pain of a cavity. I was fortunate and definitely happy that I found this facility! The bldg, looks kind of small, at least from the front. So, 1st visit with Dr Brown, who actually discovered it's massive decay in the back & side of this tooth. No loss of another tooth! I Feel great now. Dr Brown, painlessly fixed this mega-cavity, and I even KEPT my tooth! I'm so very grateful to have found Dr Brown & Staff, too! Also, I'm so very grateful to have this excellent Dentist! I have a cleaning coming up, and I am not afraid of what my new Dentist may find. Because he's not trying to BE the showoff or a salesman!
