My neighbor recommended Dr. Cisternas to me and I’ve been happy with the practice. Office is clean and staff are very nice except for the receptionist on Wednesdays who asked me if I wanted to put down a deposit to hold my next appointment. I told her no. Was wondering if this is their normal policy?

My Dentist Dr. Acker moved to this office over a year ago. Last week I had bone replacement done with Dr. Rubin. She is absolutely awesome. Had the same procedure done five years ago in a different spot. Went back two days later for a post op check with Dr. Steven Cisternas for a quick look. He was so nice. Took his time. Put my before and after X-rays up to show me. The office is awesome. They have the newest technology and the Doctors are all excellent as well as the staff! Thank you !!!

Dr. Cisternas and his staff are kind, courteous and professional. He does excellent dental work, makes sure you're not in pain and is a perfectionist. I would definitely recommend him.

Good first time experience! Staff were nice and helpful. Nicole, the dental hygienist worked quickly and I felt no pain. Dr. Cisternas was reassuring and kept me at ease.
