RGA staff is always pleasant and friendly. I first saw Dr. Fasullo and one of his PAs during a rather urgent medical procedure and he and his staff were professional and answered all of my questions. I have since seen him again for follow up care and have had the same experience. Would highly recommend both RGA and Dr. Fasullo for GI care.

I don't typically write reviews, but my experience here was so bad and atypical of any other doctor's office experience I've ever had I feel compelled to. Would never recommend to anyone. Saw the doctor, and the first appointment went fine (although admittedly it felt a bit rushed). He had me get testing done. I called the office after the testing was done (first red flag, I had to follow up on my own testing), and they told me 'You should schedule a telehealth appointment to go over these,' so I did (I had gone into the office previously). Day of the telehealth appointment arrived, and I received a call from a nurse telling me the appointment was soon and they needed some basic info from me, which I provided. Absolutely the worst Dr's office I have ever dealt with. They are impossible to get in touch with. The doctors leave constantly, so you are shuffled around to different doctors with no notice. The worst part is that they are unable to code billing correctly. Every single time they order lab tests, we have to call back and get things entered correctly so we are not charged $800 for a 5-minute visit.

*Edit* I moved to GI Alliance in Richmond and encourage others to do so. New Dr ran tests that he wouldn't and actually listened..all in ONE visit. I am no diagosed with Gastroparesis ..which would have been made worse by the GLp-1 Kumar kept trying to shove me on. Also Spinchter of ODDI.* Dr. Puneet Kumar is more worried about weight loss and putting me on a weight loss shot than the nausea, vomiting and pain I live with daily. Id rather find the problem than throw a medication that can cause more issues just to look good. Won't be following up with him again. I've gone to Dr.s here and their Lynchburg office and there has not been a single one that were decent. Dr Kumaar at least got a 2nd visit but still wanted to brush me off.
