Richmond Center

Denise, Cathy, and Mary Ann all were very helpful and professional. They seemed to know about my uncle and care about him. There was another employee who came to check on whether my uncle had eaten. The facility is clean and patients have an organized schedule of activities, including getting fresh air (weather permitting). The lobby staff greeted me and you have to register using face recognition, which is good. The main entry gate remains locked for security purposes. Overall, each rehab will have their good and bad. However, this facility seems to focus on customer service and improving.

I am a resident here at, "Richmond Center" 91 Tompkins Ave. Staten Island, is a great place for your Family Members to sit back ,Relax, & enjoy the activities that are offered to your Love one's, before I go on please be aware that all workers are not perfect, as Humans arent perfect either. Everything in life is a work in progress. Patience is a virtue and here in Richmond Center the word Patience applies to all staff, Family members & Residents as well. When I first came here from the Hospital I was greeted by a young woman by the name of "Sherry Sintyago" and right away I felt at home , all my worries were gone. Most C.N.A Workers are very caring as wellĺ⁸

We have good experience with Richmond Center. Some staffs are very caring and supportive to the patients. Facility is rather old and require maintenance.

What can i say, this place is the worse that ive seen. The food is horrible one Sausage and one slice of bread for breakfast and lunch and dinner is an hot dog and two slices of bread. Im sure their budget and nutritionist can do much better then that. Wow talk about nutrition not asking for steak and egg but a more healthier meal. The nursing staff do not attend to the patients needs. They don't make rounds regularly.the state should keep an eye on this place and keep them on their radar
