Richmond Avenue Family Dental

Upon arrival I was greeted promptly,I only waited for under 2 minutes before the dental assistant called me to the back. After completing my x- rays the dentist greeted me right away,after she completed the exam she explained everything to me and answered all my questions and even suggested some other options that I didn't think of. I would recommend Richmond Avenue Family Dental to my friends and family.

The Staff is EXCEPTIONAL, Professional, Courteous .... The RATE between 1 and 10 is: 10+ I experienced the BEST. I am thankful, appreciative and have the greatest Respect for the Doctors at Richmond Avenue Family Dental. I will Recommend ALL to visit, and receive Services at as EXPECTED. The Best.

Loved the overall experience! We felt right at home with Doctor and her staff. Excellent customer service and very thorough. The office was clean and easy to locate. This will be our New dental office! Highly recommended!

Everyone was super friendly except for the dental assistant Evelyn who let me know that I needed a consent form from my doctor to have a X-Ray since I'm pregnant which I was fine with getting a consent for but I let her know the front desk guy said it would be okay, then she said well when you have that baby is he going to be there to take care of it then let me know that she had a miscarriage due to radiation. Then told me not to do anything unless a doctor signs something because her sister had a special baby and just kept ranting. Please stick to your job I don't need you scaring me and it's none of your buisness. So due to Evelyn I will not be returning and my doctor even faxed back and said it would be fine and when I told her well if he says it's fine I'm going to do it she just scof

Great place to go and meet a Dentist who cares and takes his/her job very seriously. I would recommend the clinic to one and all and a good addition to the Houston dentist field.
