Richland Pharmacy at Ampla Health Richland Medical

The staff at this pharmacy always takes such good care of me. They are kind, empathetic, and efficient. I appreciate them so much

It was suggested I use a Ampla pharmacy, so I chose one. Got busy and made it there 2 min. After 5:00pm. Not realizing it closed at 5:00. Now I can't get my MUCH NEEDED prescription until Monday!! I should of stuck with Walmart!!

Went to go pick up my medication that I ordered couple of weeks earlier just to go in today to find out they put it back on the shelf. They didn’t even call to see if I was going to pick it up. The reason i took my time to pick it up is because of their hours of operation.

“Security” guy is an insufferable person who lacks critical thinking skills. my car OBVIOUSLY broke down and he has the nerve to tell me “you should’ve stayed where you were and you shouldn’t be over here” then proceeds to grill me about where I work when I literally just told him I work nights in a nursing facility and I’m STILL IN MY SCRUBS so it’s obvious I just got off of work😭 and I said I just made it back to town when my car broke down and he then asks why I’m in “HIS” parking lot and tell me this isn’t a place to let your car cool down. Buddy this is a PARKING LOT not a military base 😭 and oh yeah thanks I should’ve stayed in a no parking zone on the street where my car was blocking traffic. Don’t be a jerk to me it’s not my fault you aren’t happy with how your life turned out.
