My teenage son was having some issues with his eyes after an illness that had me concerned. He went to one eye doctor that didn't seem to be doing things he could have and I wanted a second opinion and was really worried waiting several days to get into other places. Richens was nice enough to take it seriously, talk to a provider, and then get him in that day. The visit went smoothly, the provider was so helpful and answered questions, and we got the medication he needed (and should have gotten elsewhere) and by the next day he said he was already seeing better. They were so great!

The office staff is awesome! Someone in the waiting room was feeling faint and the receptionist went out of his way to offer water and snacks. Thank you so much for caring! Oh and my first time patient Mom reports that her injections for mac degen were painless, even the deadening shots.

Richens Eye Care was very responsive in what could have been an emergency care situation. They were able to accommodate me immediately and gave me a thorough exam to assure that my symptoms were not serious. The staff was professional & kind and Dr. Wagner explained everything and made recommendations for follow up care. I felt assured that they looked at every possibility and that the diagnosis was correct. I would highly recommend this practice.

I arrived for my appointment, checked and with in minutes I was called back to start the exam. The staff was great. The Dr Karren was excellent. He explained in detail my options on several different things. I was in and out in less then an hour for a full eye exam.

Wouldn’t trust anyone else with the health of my eyes, Dr. Sharon Richens is brilliant! I appreciate her kind demeanor and patience when it comes to my concerns and questions. From routine eye exams, glasses/contacts and ultimately EVO Icl surgery, Dr. Richens and her team have taken excellent care of me and my eyes! Without hesitation would refer anyone to this practice and trust they will be in good hands.
