Very disappointed in the lack of service from Dr Shelton and the Longstreet clinic. After driving an hour for a scheduled appointment my granddaughter was refused service for a simple yearly check up because I was not the mother of the child even though she is in my custody 5 days a week. I had never been asked before to provide any legal paperwork for service. I am listed as the caregiver at all her doctors as well as hospitals. This info was verified by her mother over the phone to the staff but was still refused service. We have been going to this clinic since her birth and have seen several doctors there for anything from check ups to sick visits etc. not once has anyone refused service and I was even told I could bring her for sick visits, shots etc with no questions asked, where they
