We're a month into braces with my 12 year-old and we have already had to come back twice to get brackets glued back on. The first was admittedly her fault. The second came off while eating goldfish. Yes, the little orange cracker like goldfish you feed babies/ toddlers when they first get teeth. When told how it happened, the assistant responded with "oh, you must have eaten something else before that, that softened the glue up." No thought of owning the situation and apologizing. I had braces many years ago from another area practice, ate whatever I wanted (recommended and not), and not once had a bracket come off. Must be that 2023 food softening the glue I guess. Anyways, I feel like the install was rushed and the glue drying process was inadequate or the glue they use is inferior. Eith

Rick and his staff are fantastic! I brought my son Sam there. Sam is autistic. They could not have been more gentle with him throughout the entire process of getting braces. In fact, they were so good with Sam and did such a nice job that I decided I wanted to have my teeth redone too. Rick did a great job with that, even after it became clear that my teeth were going to be "stubborn" and not do what we wanted. He never gave up until we ended up with a great result. You and your family could not be in better hands. Friendly, warm staff, always greeted with a smile. The kids all love him. Go there if you need orthodontia work, you won't regret it! Rob Isaacs

If I could give 0 stars I would. This guy communicated poorly. And failed to advise us when to remove my child’s braces. Teeth ruined. Do not send your child to this braces mill. It is about numbers not quality. Zero engagement, zero accountability. Stay very far away!
