I have been seeing Dr. Tower for my vision care for many years. The office staff is always friendly, informative and offers great communication. I’m always seen on time, and each step of the exam process is explained thoroughly. Dr. Tower offers time to answer questions in a clear and concise way. I am thankful to have a Vision Care practice team who knows my history and is able to update me on my yearly progress.

Our only regret is that this facility does not take insurance anymore. It was, however fully discussed. The Doc has always been fabulous as well as the lady who fits you for glasses! Front desk staff is thorough. The front desk staff could be friendlier but they do their job well.

Family Vision Care of Richmond’s Dr Laurel Jordan has been my eye doctor for a lot of years. She’s an excellent doctor and very knowledgeable. She’s always on top of whatever I may need for my eyes as well. The staff at the Ashland office are very efficient and friendly also. I highly recommend this office for your vision needs.

Everyone is so welcome to all of us. My husband is nearly blind. He has received excellent care and suggestions at times When they recommend a medical person for more information. They communicate together to work hard to help him . We are very satisfied with Dr. Jordan!

I had to find a new eye Dr since moving from northern VA. My old Dr was located in Woodbridge, VA and had been seeing her for over a decade. So I was skeptical about trying a new Dr that is closer to where I now live. The office was large and well kept. All of the workers I encountered were super sweet and attentive. Dr. Jordan was very kind and very thorough with the exam. She explained every step and all changes. She listened to my concerns and was really easy to speak with.
