Great experience here. Easy to register through online portal. Nurse Practitioner was great. Listen to my issue and got a 2nd opinion on her diagnose. She was very personable. Would recommend this facility to anyone

This is a review after visiting more than 5 times. I want to begin with the most serious problem that I have encountered. I visited this Urgent Care after developing a very bad cough, feverish symptoms, a sinus infection, and headaches accompanied by severe muscle and joint aches. After signing in online, in which I put ALL of my personal information into (ie license, insurance card), I showed up at my appointed time. The front desk clerk was nowhere to be found for almost 15 minutes and when she finally came back she was cold and kinda rude. This, as you will see, is almost ALWAYS the case. My wife and I both are treated like this, so I doubt we're the only ones. She then proceeded to talk ALL of my information again as if I was being rechecked in. Came in for chest pain and stomach symptoms, the sign says to let the receptionist know about these symptoms right away because they may be emergent. I was ignored for 15 minutes, tried to check in with QR code but the system wouldnt take my ID, I came in 15 minutes before my appointment time and wasnt checked in until 15 minutes after it. Then I was tested for flu, covid, and nothing else. Because those were negative, they gave me a false diagnosis of an "acute upper respiratory infection" (despite my lungs sounding clear) and sent me home with nothing. I had to seek further care somewhere else.

Staff was very professional and knowledgeable. My problem was diagnosed promptly and treated. A specialist was recommended that was able to see me within a day. This has got to be the best clinic in this area.

The young man at the front desk, JON, Was exceptional. I observed his kindness and professional behavior to not only myself, but to several other people that were in contact with him around the same time. He was kind, calm, professional, and a problem solver. Both the ladies in the back, the doctor and the medical assistant were equally professional and caring. I will highly recommend this location of care now to all of my family and friends.
