Impossible to speak with someone after hours. NO ON CALL DOC on New Year’s Day. Pretty upsetting when a CARDIOLOGIST or a back up in his office is Unreachable and his patient is in the ER. Their phone system doesn’t even give you an option for an On Call answering system to reach an MD or his nurse. Trying to get test results from this office while in the ER is impossible. Even the ER Doc couldn’t reach the Cardiologist, or find test results that should be available for everyone to access in case of emergency. Such as the one that was experienced. Extremely inefficient system and pretty sad for a state where more than half the population are seniors. Dr. Daum speaks with his patients while looking at his computer, instead of looking the patient in the eyes. Very bad bed side manner.

I was sooo pleased with the staff and Dr Daum!!! My husband's cardiologist retired and my husband needs surgery and a sign off from his cardiologist. I called the office and explained our dilemma. Not only did they get him in, when they had a cancelation they got him in sooner. They are wonderful. By the way, to the person who gave them a one star due to a DeSantis Sign, get a life. This is America and people have a right to support who they want. We go to Dr's for their skills not such ridiculous statements. We support Dr. DAUM AND HIS STAFF AND THEIR RIGHTS UNDER OUR CONSTITUTION!

No complaints about the doctor however I went because of heart pain after a cardiac ablation. The doctor ordered a bunch of tests and then afterwards they notified me they don’t accept my insurance leaving me with a huge bill. They reduced the bill however they will not release test results until I pay $90 and they won’t tell me if I’m healthy or if I’m in heart failure. I’m going to pay the $90 to release my test results and find another doctor but highly unprofessional and not something Id expect from a doctors office who should put their patients first.
