This place has a 10 minute late policy . Showed up 14 minutes late . I get we were late . Had to Drive 2 hours to pick up my 80 year old mother . She was moving slow. Got her there and they said they can’t see her . Sorry they don’t care about people and took her somewhere else . Obviously don’t want business . Don’t go here there see other businesses in Burke . Support people who care .

Was openly annoyed that I preferred to pay a fraction of the cost for materials at an online store rather than ordering from him. Does not appreciate your business and pressures his patients to pay his absurd fees for glasses an/or contacts. His front desk woman, a diminutive blonde, is openly hostile to unusual sur names, to put it mildly and likes to roll her eyes at patients.
