Dr Tao is an amazing doctor. She always greets a patient with a smile and she always explain things in simple ways that are easily understood. She also writes back asap whenever I have questions or worries about my health. Also a thank you to her clinical assistant who was very nice in assisting patients. Kudos to Kaiser Permanente for having these types of people who works very hard to care for patients.

Outstanding experience from check-in to completion of visit. Dr. Tao listens, gives and takes feedback, and puts the patient at ease. Nursing staff was attentive and patient. Pharmacy was efficient and courteous. Overall an outstanding visit!
