This Dentist and office is the worst … Very Unprofessional and time wasting. Stay away from them. I’ll be asking the state to look further into their practice. All those 1 stars please believe them. People that are giving good reviews are people whom don’t have a solid insurance or $$$ issues and getting the basic treatment. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE …

I had a 12:00 PM appointment at the Voorhees office on 2/7 and the level of unprofessionalism was staggering. I drove 45 minutes to get here and arrived at 11:50 AM, but despite being early, I sat in a packed lobby for over an hour. I wasn’t called back until 1:03 PM, effectively making me the last person in the entire waiting room for a routine cleaning that only took 25 minutes. What made the experience truly "1-star" wasn't just the delay, but the complete lack of basic courtesy from the staff. When I asked the front desk for a time estimate during my wait, I was dismissively told "you're next" without any apology or context. Even when the hygienist finally called my name, there was no acknowledgment of the fact that they were running an hour behind. The worst part was during checkout

I have multiple crowns from other dentists. I got one crown and an implant done here. The permanent crown came out and took the rod with it. Now the rod from my IMPLANT is loose and causing a ton of pain. All they did was give my antibiotics because "it might be an infection." They rush everything and have students doing work unsupervised. I thought they were great at first too.

Terrible experience — do not recommend. The dentist was extremely rude and unprofessional, even threatening to kick me out after I answered an emergency call. They rely on poorly trained trainees, and during the visit my clothes and hair got wet from their careless work. Easily one of the worst dental offices I’ve ever been to.

Dr.Ip is a wonderful dentist, is very personable and friendly doctor and knowledgeable. I always have a pleasant experience when I visit his office. I also enrolled my husband and two children and they like him a lot. Always look forward to hearing his jokes too.
