Check in was fast and efficient. Barely waited. Staff was thorough, xray was smooth and effortless and the Dr B was no nonsense, straightforward and to the point when it came to my pinched nerve. Really liked my experience and the efficiency of the entire operation. Keep up the good work

Dr Balotti is an amazing doctor. Everything about his practice is great. I get to his office and check in for my appointment, and I’m almost immediately called into the back to be seen. Dr Balotti is very personal, And it is clear that he cares. He asks not only about my physical ailments, but how I am doing, and my family. Once we get into the purpose of my appointment, he is knowledgeable, and empathetic to how I’m feeling physically. He explains what needs to be done, and answers any questions that I have. I am completely satisfied and confident in him and his practice.

Dr. Balotti was exceptional! I was very impressed from the moment I stepped into the office. When I visit a doctor's office, I am always prepared for them to be behind and have a long wait. His office had patients moving in and out very quickly and my name was called right when I was scheduled. When I went into the examination room, his team got right to work, were friendly, and super reassuring. Then, Dr Balotti came in and he was awesome. So friendly and knowledgable. I could tell he truly cared how I was doing, asking many questions, and explaining his observations and diagnosis. Couldn't have asked for a better doctor visit! Highly recommend Dr. Balotti.

This doctor needs a refresher on bedside manner. I spent the last three weeks in a state of depression due to his abrasive delivery of his interpretation of my spinal fracture. He did not listen to my recounting of the accident that caused the injury nor did he acknowledge that I indeed have osteoporosis. His exact words were: ”Your break is pathological due to either osteoporosis or cancer, which then you will need to see an oncologist “. He ordered an MRI to check. Thankfully, it was a normal image with swelling due to the fracture. He did not need to mention cancer at all until that MRI was completed and read. A simple “I want another image” would have been enough.

Pleased with the outcome of my visit. Feel that the issue with my back pain was addressed with Dr Balotti & that it will ensure a significant recovery. Very impressed with the office staff & technicians.
