The entire experience, from my initial contact in setting up the appointment until I walked out out the door after the Procedure was just lovely. The Staff greeted me with an abundance of warmth and comfort. Dr Liu personifies the high standards found in Old School Medicine where attaining the perfect Doctor / Patient Relationship is still a priority. Highly Recommend!!!

The entire staff is incredible! Everyone there has a smile on their face and has no problem answering your 300 questions 😆 the environment is very welcoming and clean. Dr Liu as well as her staff really know their stuff but what I really liked is how Dr Liu knew how to break down our diagnosis into layman's terms so that we could clearly understand what we're dealing with as well as wood treatments we need to do and why. So book an appointment because trust me this is the place you want to go. 😉

I called 3 different dermatologists who could not see me for 3-6 months. I found Dr Lui online, booked online and drove 45 minutes for my first visit. I booked 2 days in advance. I was very satisfied with my visit even though I really wanted the outcome to be different. I came in for a biopsy of a patch on my face and that is exactly what I received. The office staff is friendly. No wait in the waiting room. They took me back early. Dr Lui is knowledgeable, compassionate, soft spoken, and great with explaining what the plan is moving forward. I am grateful that she could see me so quickly and I will be visiting again. I highly recommend.

After going to different doctors and dermatologists over the past 10 years, Dr. Hannah was the only one that gave me a treatment plan that worked for me, finally! I took my 4 year old who has had eczema since birth and she gave a plan that worked too! Our skins have never looked this good. Her office doesn't hard sell anything. You're seen to be treated and cared for. She took her time explaining things for me and my son. She sent us home with products that will help and buying the ointments at her office was cheaper than the pharmacy! Perk that Dr. Hannah and her team were so kind and patient with an active 4 year old who wanted to play with all the toys they had there. The office was clean.
