Do not go to Dr. Cross, eye dr. in Boulder. Although Dr.Cross used to be a wonderful doctor, in my opinion he no longer cares about his patients. His office staff have been consistently rude, unhelpful and totally uncaring. With any minor difficulties they repeat that dealing with anything needed is not their job. When dr. Cross had a family emergency 3days before my appointment, no one in the office bothered to call me to reschedule. I had to find out at the time of my appointment that Dr.Cross was gone. It takes weeks and weeks to get appropriate sample contacts to try, and no one bothers to call and let you know the status. Dr.Cross has you come back literally three to four times just to get a prescription because he can’t get it right the first time. You pay each time. There are plent
