Scheduling is always easy, and the front desk staff goes out of their way to make sure every visit runs smoothly. The orthodontist and staff are truly amazing at what they do. They take the time to explain every step of the process, answer all questions, and make sure you feel comfortable and confident in your treatment plan. Rich Ortho was amazing! From the front desk, to the assistants, and the orthodontists they really take time and care with each patient. They’re very good at building rapport, making you comfortable, and answering all questions. I highly recommend :)
