Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry

Recently moved to Raleigh, needed a dentist and Riccobene was recommended. My husband needs a lot of work ,so we had to find a proficient practice. Well, we found it ! From our first appointments the staff made us feel welcome and totally at ease. Every step is gone over and the staff makes sure you understand. They are extremely conscientious regarding cost and insurance. I want to give an A+ to the entire staff, from the Drs to the front desk. I don’t want to do individual shoutouts because I don’t want to leave anyone out! It’s a fabulous team and we highly recommend it !

Extremely helpful staff that are very knowledgeable on my Medicare coverage and maximizing their services to meet my needs with as little out of pocket for me as possible. Once I found out about them, called to explain my unique situation, and verified coverage, they were extremely quick to get me in for both the 1st visit and the follow-up. They had to work me in for the follow-up, putting me on a call list to take a canceled appointment time. I was in much quicker than I expected. And... not a small thing... my pain has been minimal 😅!!

I love this practice. Everyone is so knowledgeable and nice and willing to help, from the scheduling team who always texts me to let me know an earlier appointment became available, to the hygienist who chats with me while cleaning my teeth, to the dentist who answers my questions about teeth grinding and Invisalign. 10/10 would recommend.

It took us a while to find a dentist my family liked and we tried out Riccobene a couple of months ago! They’re so personable and kind and make the dentist less scary. Tracy is absolutely amazing!

After a not-so-great experience with another local office, I came to Riccobene for an exam and they were really thorough, explained everything in detail, and provided a great treatment plan for me with options! Dolores was extremely helpful with scheduling and check-in and my hygienist, Sarah was great and really non-judgmental.
