Dr Ochoa and all of his staff has always been great to me and my son. Dr Ochoa has always thoroughly explained everything to me and never made me leaving still questioning and worrying about my son’s health. The nurse that draws blood in particular has always taken good care of my son although he has a super rough time when ever he is at the doctor for any reason. She is patient and understanding. I see people post reviews about long wait times however that’s never the case for me. I can always get an appointment for my son in the same day typically within the hour and it takes about 20-25 minutes to see the doctor including the vital taking process. Honestly one of the worst experiences as a mother, I will never take my children there again. First off the receptionist! Rude and always saying they are too busy to answer or help me. I one time asked if they were open the next day and she said yes but we cant help you there is already a lot of patients. As if my childrens issues were any less important than all the other patients. Shes continuously always answering unprofessionally. My husband was just there and they told him something completely different than when I called a few hours later to clarify. Of course no one knows anything and the receptionist kept trying to hang up on me and have me call back on monday. Sucks because the Doctor is great and his staff isn’t representing him correctly. Dr Ochoa has been my boys’ pediatrician for over 3 yrs. He is very kind, patient and understanding. I give him and his staff the best rating and recommendation. The entire office staff are amazing! If you are looking for a pediatrician, this is the place!

Long hours to wait to see a doctor but it's still worth! We love this doctor and stuffs very much! They're very friendly. Dr Ochoa is very kind and patient too. There's more the nurses are nice too and clean place. So sad that we can not see them no more because we already moved out of the city.

We LOVE Dr. Ochoa and his staff! He is so compassionate, understanding, and thorough. They treat you like family and always provide the best care for your child. We are so grateful to have found Dr. Ochoa!
