Facility is nice, waiting rooms and restrooms very clean. Check in staff nice Tech/nurse running MRI was not attentive to a person's needs at all. I am disabled and certain needs should be available or at least listened to during a procedure. Or at least show some empathy!

Nice new facility but WHY the handicap parking is not right up against the bldg, ESPECIALLY FOR CANCER PATIENTS, I'll never know! Not everyone wants valet parking, but whatever rocket scientist designed and approved the parking, is clueless. The handicap parking is so far away for people who are seriously ill that it feels like you walked five miles just getting to the front door! I was exhausted and completely out of breath and irritated at the lack of thought that went into it.

...they examined my son and then told us that they didn't have the equipment to do a full diagnosis, so they sent us onto the Emergency Room. So much for our insurance/out if pocket costs being lower by going to an urgent care facility instead of the ER

Rex View is a complex of business offices. This complex is situated on the main Blue Ridge road, between Glenwood & Blue Ridge. Raleigh Radiology is also in this building where I visited. Other medical offices like adult medicines, OBGYN, Imagine office for XRays, Labcorp & some more. Big parking lot with parking for handicap. There is elevator for the convenience of visitors. Before seeing anybody in any office, The face mask is mandatory for the mutual safety.. Rex Hospital and other medical offices is nearby. This is one of the prime location. About half a mile on Blue Ridge from Best Buy on Glenwood near Crabtree mall.

Go here primarily for Keurig Italian roast coffee pods (both reg. and decaf). Deep roated flavor has spoiled me.
