TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PLACE! I DO NOT recommend this place once so ever! My nurse didnt show three different times and when you call the place no one ever answers. After countless phone calls between myself and my nurse at my surgeons office they finally got to the bottom of that issue only to have several issues with supplies being delivered. Still with no correct answers and no supplies and the numerous phone calls between myself and the nurse at my surgeons office there still is absolutely no answers and they just keep giving us a run around and no one knows nothing when you seldomly get ahold of someone. It’s truly sickning and don’t believe they should even be an operable company. They don’t take any situation professionally nor do they handle any of them. They will tell you anyt

This facility is the absolute worse with communication and notifying other departments within as well as not communicating with the patient or family. The staff from nursing to therapy don’t seem to have patient information accurately If you need home health care for an elderly family member do not waste your time with Revolutionary if I could rate them a zero it would be to good of a score

Had a great experience with Vik. He really helped to jumpstart my recovery. He's very knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. Would definitely recommend him to anyone needing therapy.

My care team was exceptional. They helped me get my confidence and strength back after heart surgery. Vik (Physical Therapy), Rhyan (Occupational Therapy), Kara and Hiral (Nursing) covered every area of my care. From exercises that strengthened my arms and legs, to teaching me how to adapt to my current movement restrictions but keep gaining back my independence, to teaching me how to care for my incisions, they were kind and precise with the care I needed. Highly recommend!
