I’m quite shocked by the amount of positive reviews because my experience was less than impressive. I’ll give 2 stars because Dr. Frank is a decent doctor. I first called for an eye exam explaining that I was moving to Florida in a few weeks and wanted to ensure that there was time to receive glasses (and ample time to ensure they were correct) before I left. I was told it would take about a week for them to come in. Ok great! That works. Two weeks later no word on my glasses. When I finally got to pick them up, they were plain distance glasses with no transition. Then I get quoted a price on the glasses which were already paid for!!! Thankfully I had the receipt to prove it. Ok, to make it right, I was told I could keep the pair that was wrong and they would remake the glasses and mail th

The absolute BEST optical center I've ever been to. Amazing customer service from Josephine and Barb and Dr Frank is absolutely amazing with adults as well as children. Our entire family goes here and will never go anywhere else 💖

A great office. Dr.Frank is helpful and makes sure that you have a good experience and that you are happy.. The ladies in the office are amazing , helpful and vibrant. Highly recommended

Dr. Frank is a wonderful man and a wonderful doctor. He has been extremely helpful to me and is very friendly. He is happy to explain things and answer questions, and he has a tremendously positive outlook. I have been going here for a few years, and I highly recommend it to anyone who needs an optometrist. I'd give this 6/5 stars if I could.
