This is the number one physical therapy clinic, and they accept workers’ comp! The front desk staff, physical therapists, workers’ comp specialist, owner, and techs are amazing! They are so caring, their customer service is excellent, and they are extremely helpful and understanding. It’s also a fun and professional atmosphere, and they always make sure you’re comfortable. I love them! If I ever need physical therapy in the future and I’m no longer on workers’ comp, I would be truly grateful if I could continue my care with this company.

I've been going to Revive for several months and I totally recommend this facility. The staff is great, they have alot to offer as far treatment, the facility is very clean and the music is good! (Every little bit helps when you're not feeling your best : ) They offer p.t., massage, help for those dealing with workman's comp. and have a physician on-site that does an evaluation of your progress every 30 days. Great hands-on environment!

This business and their employees have helped keep my head above water. From the office manager, to the receptionist, Dr. & PA, massage therapists and techs, these individuals put that simple step forward and make each of my visits welcoming and successful. On my worse days, it is the adaptation of plan in accommodating relief for my current pain. They are providing the physical therapy and mental support; I am not aware I need, most days. Being in constant pain is not easy to deal with and they totally get it. I have been with Shae and the team awhile and because the medical aspect is delayed, the physical therapy I continue to recieve is sufficient in relief. Thanks to Revive Wellness I have had success in rehabbing a shoulder surgery and both total knee replacements . They have been very professional and supportive with my cases and assistance with my Workers Compensation needs. Highly recommend them for W/C injuries! Thank you to all the staff Team!
