I found Alex at random when I was in search of a bodywork provider. I have been consistently impressed with not only the results from the soft tissue work, but his breadth of knowledge from all his years working out of a chiropractic office. I have been carrying injuries for years and never realized how much pain I was in and working through regularly until we started working together - he has helped to correct my rib flare, my pelvic tilt, my locked up quads, and more. The price is well worth the results. I have always said that you either pay to correct these things when you are young or you pay for them with your health later. To me? It’s worth it. And I highly recommend Alex!
