The staff were courteous and friendly. FNP Mulikat was great at attending to my visit. Had my blood drawn by Lucy —for my annual checkup, — and I didn’t feel a thing; it was almost as if the needle wasn’t there. Excellent technique. Highly recommend.

I had such a great experience at this office! Naylani was so professional, gentle, and warm she made me feel comfortable while taking my vitals and drawing my blood. Her energy set a really positive tone for the visit. Dr. Felicia was amazing. She really took her time to listen to all of my concerns and made sure I felt heard and understood. I appreciated how patient she was and how quickly she followed up the very next day to make sure my healing wouldn’t be delayed. That level of care and attention made me feel genuinely cared for. The front desk staff were also friendly and efficient, which made the whole visit smooth from start to finish. Thank you all for creating such a caring, professional environment — I truly felt taken care of!

I received medical services - preventive testing taking no longer than 30 minutes - in October 2025. Both my insurance company (Aetna) and I have been calling and emailing to get them to provided required documentation with no response (standard information according to my insurer). Since it has been months without them providing info to my health insurance company, I am being charged $1,400 which at another provider would have been no charge since my plan would have totally covered. Would not recommend this provider.

I had the BEST primary care experience. From the moment I walked through the door every woman was so kind. Dr.Riley was very personable. She makes you feel like she’s known you forever while she shares her knowledge. I avoid going to the doctor because it’s just a very uncomfortable place for me but REVIVE changed that for me. I recently visited this clinic for blood work and unfortunately had a very poor experience. One staff member was handling check-ins, answering phones, and performing blood draws, which made the environment feel disorganized and rushed. My urine sample was labeled incorrectly, which is concerning. It has now been about a week and I still have not received my lab results. Additionally, a prescription was supposedly sent to CVS, but the pharmacy has not received confirmation from the clinic despite requesting it. The office is also difficult to reach by phone. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience, as the lack of communication and attention to detail raises concerns about patient care and follow-up.
