Revere Pet Clinic

We have two chiweenies and two cats and they've all had multiple problems and have been treated at the Medford Pet Clinic and the Revere location when needed. We have been going there for several years and have only had positive experiences. It's been very affordable and convenient. We trust Dr. Olga and the other staff are always friendly and helpful. I've seen a lot of negative reviews but they don't reflect our experiences. I would say give them a try!

This vet, Dr. Olga and all the staff, saved my cat’s life. We went to two other vets in the city, and no one could figure out what was wrong with our 4 month kitten, and we paid thousands and he suffered medications that only made him more lethargic and prolonged a proper diagnosis. Before our first appointment had barely started, Dr. Olga gave us a spot on diagnosis, and so much hope and reassurance. Thanks to her, my kitten’s life was saved, as the disease he had had a 100% fatality rate if not caught in time. My older cat is terrified of the vet, but was still and calm here, truly a special place! All the staff are so gentle and kind with both of my cats, and we are so thankful for them.

Dr. Olga and the front desk staff have made a hard time even worse. Our appointment was moved up with a short notice, affecting my ability to finish the work day and when I arrived (on time) Dr. Olga rushed us out of the room and did not answer questions I had about my cat's care. She blamed me for being behind with other patients... maybe book less appointments so you have adequate time to spend answering necessary questions for my pet's health. I left this place in tears and would not recommend anyone give this place their time or money! The whole team is in need of professional development and an attitude adjustment. Never again.

I hope someone read this 🤞🏾 I took my 8-month-old corgi to this clinic for the first time and had one of the worst experiences of my life. A very young person with clearly little veterinary experience attended us. He said my puppy needed a blood test and that they would take a sample. She is a small puppy and easy to handle. The young man said he needed to put a muzzle on her, which I don't believe was necessary, but I trusted him. He aggressively put the muzzle on my dog and tightened it so much that my puppy bit her tongue. She started bleeding and couldn't breathe; she even began to urinate. After a few seconds, when I noticed she was struggling to breathe, I grabbed my puppy, immediately removed the muzzle, and asked the young man not to come near my pet again. I was very scared and no

Absolutely awful. Left this place horrified and in tears, the behavior and audacity of Doctor Olga is atrocious. I paid over 400$ and don’t know how to help my pet because the rude doctor ignores you and walks away while you ask her questions. I had 2 yes or no questions and she said “I don’t know ask the front” as if they would know about medication she the doctor is prescribing. As I ask her if my pet should proceed with a medication that makes her vomit immediately after- she walks away, ignores me, puts on her jacket and on her way out tells me it’s my fault she’s running behind. I was offered a 4pm/4:45pm and I chose 4:45pm as were a working household. I then received a confirmation for 4:15 and we all left work early and arrived at 4:15.
