Thank you However Reveres office manager is horrible not knowledgeable of patience rights harnesses patients with no rights

God forbid that you miss and appointment due to real life emergencies because they will black list you from ever making an appointment again even when they are literally your primary care physician. Oh any the woman who is listed as the doctor, can't even see you for 2+ months but one of her underlings will you should be ashamed to call yourself doctors

I called and spoke to a nice lady named Tabitha. She was very polite and professional. She went above and beyond to help me. They are very lucky to have her working there.

Spoke to Abby on the phone to potentially get established with a primary, she was nice at first but she shut me down and was very disrespectful after I said I was excruciating pain and needed to be seen today. I’m perfectly fine with calling somewhere else but you don’t have to be rude. I work as a medical receptionist too, and I would get terminated if I spoke to patients the way she did.

Ran out of blood pressure meds today and have been out of state working for 8 months. Went to office because they never answer the phone and portal doesn’t work. Told I couldn’t get a refill till I see a doctor and earliest appt is 3 weeks out. So no BP meds for three weeks with history of TIAs and I have an AAA aneurism!! Last time I saw the doctor was less than a year ago
