Reunion Plaza Senior Care And Rehabilitation Center

My mother moved into Reunion, May 2022, I quickly became acquainted with all the staff and many of the residents. My mother was there for 17 months and I am so thankful for the care she got everybody was very pleasant and very helpful.. my mother-in-law moved there in October 1923 and they were able to get both of them in the same room. I highly recommend it always was Pleasant smelt clean. I’ve had several friends there since then and every time I walk in they are very pleasant. Highly recommend.

Let me put in a plug for Reunion Plaza Senior Care & Rehabilitation Center. If you have a loved one who is in need of senior care, this place is amazing! Just to mention a few names of the staff that feel like family to us: Terri, Kim, Debbie, Cynthia, and Kim all do an outstanding job. The nurses are caring & have been able to answer all questions we’ve had with our mother. Mother turned 90 years old in November and has been there since December 2023, after a stroke. She was in the Rehab portion of Reunion until she recovered from the stroke & then was moved to the normal part of Senior Care in January 2024. She says the food is great, she can get coffee anytime she wants a cup, and absolutely loves it there. She especially likes having the Beauty Shop there and has her hair and na

Careing and professional staff clean and healthcare wound care is excellent with excellent physical therapy great people and seem to be genuine to their residents

What a horrific place for my mother to spend the last few days of her life. The carpet is sun bleached, frayed and reeks of urine. The hallways were lined with broken equipment and garbage bags. The employees did the best they could considering what they had to work with. In addition the life support equipment didn’t work the first or second time. We had to call Hospice to get equipment that worked and drugs to ease her pain.

Staff is extremely welcoming!! I was made to feel at home immediately upon my arrival.. I observed professionalism among the nursing staff and great team work on the rehab unit!! The DON and Activity Director were outstanding representatives of great leadership.
