If you don't mind waiting in your car until there is standing room in the waiting room, and then spending 2 - 3 hours while they process multiple patients at once, with long waits between each step of the visit, and if you run out of time and have to leave without ever seeing the doctor, they will waive the charge if you protest it, but 6 months later they will try to dun you for the bill. A Total Fail.

My husband needed a complex procedure that only had a 50% success rate nationally. Dr. Rosenburg performed the surgery, & within 6 months, his eye had healed perfectly! At 73 he's been able to drive again & that was over 5+yrs ago. Moreover, even with a waiting room that's consistently full of patients; Dr. Rosenburg takes the time to kindly answer ALL of our questions. He's a caring, humble, yet incredibly skilled surgeon. Truly a rare find.

Worst customer service ever. Close down the practice

Getting the first appointment was a bit of a chore, but once there I was taken right away. All the staff were friendly and professional. The equipment was state of the art. I was most impressed by Dr. Chowdry : great “bedside manner,” easily communicated my issues, was reassuring. I left feeling confident about his care.

I was extremely pleased with my experience!! I was nervous going in but was made to feel at ease. The nurses were wonderful and Dr. Choudhury was caring and ready to answer questions and explain things and made sure I was comfortable. Would definitely reccomend to anyone!!!
