Dr. Hyatt, and the staff, are all amazing! Both my husband and myself have been there multiple times without any issues whatsoever. He is VERY knowledgeable and explains everything in as much detail as you could want.

I have many issues with my eyes. Dr Hyatt is always very comforting. The office runs like a well oiled machine.

Very disorganized and unable to schedule correctly. I am extremely displeased with how this office works. We were left with no accountability and told they hoped to work my mom in. The business card we had clearly shows that someone scheduled it incorrectly. UPDATE: our impromptu visit with Dr Hyatt went extremely well considering how shaken and upset both my mother and I were after the front office faux pas in scheduling. I agree with the advice to bring along an advocate if you chose to frequent this establishment. The doctor that we met was very competent and friendly, unlike Dr Aggrenat who we had seen before.

Poorly run mass processing. Falsified info on my medical records and refused to correct. Refused to acknowledge or document my allergic reaction to dilation chemicals. Their website says they are compassionate when nothing could be further from the truth I sat across from a partially clad patient in the waiting room. Disgusting disregard for patient. Be sure to take an advocate if you should choose to patronize.

So professional and empathetic. I’ve received wonderful care and great success from my AMD treatment. My eyes are greatly improved.
