Retina Group of Florida

I’m in Florida as a snowbird and needed to find a Retina specialist to do my eye injections while I’m here. I highly recommend the retinal group of Florida. I saw Dr Katrina Mears and she was excellent. She listened and explained exactly what would be done and answered any questions I had. I was totally at ease and very comfortable with the injection. The entire staff from the receptionist to the nurses in the back were very kind and helpful. So pleased with my choice!

The staff went overboard to fit us into their obviously very busy schedule, on short notice (1 hour), and treated us as though we were as important as any of their other clients. It meant everything to us to get what to us was a very timely eyesight issue resolved here and now, rather than waiting several days until we could get back to our home state. Our heartfelt thanks to all of you.

Place was huge! Very professional and prompt care. Dr Mears is very thorough although maybe a bit too fast in her explanation of my procedure. I understand she deals with these things all day but for me it was a shock and a procedure I am apprehensive about. I go in on Monday for pre op and then procedure in Wednesday so hopefully I’ll calm down and have questions. All staff and doctor were well informed and friendly/caring.

Retina Group provides excellent care! The team is friendly, organized, and very attentive. The doctor made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions clearly. Wonderful experience overall.

I was a referral from out of state. The staff and Dr were very welcoming, thorough, and professional. They took the time to answer any questions I had and encouraged me to contact them at anytime if I had further issues. Highly recommend!
