Worse scheduling place I have ever seen. One doctor seeing all patients. Don’t think this will be a quick appointment. Staff friendly while with you , ignorant if you ask a question while you have been waiting for over 30 minutes in a room with no updates. Find more doctors or get rid of techs. You obviously have to many of four of them standing around in the hallway talking for over 30 minutes. Said what I said !

Boy do I agree with a previous review. I liked Dr Ahmad alright and appreciate the care she provided for a detached retina. However, the front office and staff are a nightmare. Plan for a 3 hour visit. I had 3 follow up visits and all of them were a waiting nightmare. Maybe all of the other patients in the office are 80 and over, but some of us have jobs and other responsibilities that makes the lack of consideration for patient's time absolutely a reason why I would not recommend this practice. The staff socializing and lackadaisical attitude about patients is appalling. After waiting over 90 minutes at my last visit and was nowhere close to seeing the doctor, I left. I'll be anxious to see if they bill insurance for the visit. We'll see.

Everyone was kind & accommodating as I was sent immediately to see them with degenerative. The doctor was thorough & is now treating me for my eye problem.

The worst if u have something to do dont make plans you never know when you may leave. Bought my mother to her appointment at 2:20 was moved from room to room. Asked one of the nurses is the norm she said yes. This will be the first and the last visit. No concept of anyones time. Ridiculous!!!!! Finally got out at 4:45 pm. Yh !!!!!!🤔 all that for a follow up appointment
