As someone who gets massages regularly, I cannot say enough great things about Rachel! I’m very specific and oftentimes, feel like I’m unheard. Rachel heard me and delivered relief through her bodywork. I left “massage drunk” which is a rarity for me. The setting is also nice. It’s private and most of all, quiet! There’s no traffic or city noise. I highly recommend her to anyone needing relaxation or relief.

Rachel is the best massage therapist. I have been seeing Rachel for massage therapy for several years. I visited her yesterday with pain radiating down my neck into my shoulder. Painful spams. She used massage and (NMR) NeuroMuscular Reprogramming. She found the source of my spams and I left with 90% of my pain gone. Normally it would take days to reduce my pain to that level. Rachel cares a great deal about helping her clients. I highly recommend Rachel.

Rachel works on you - but she also works with you - to help relieve your pain. Rachel's understanding of the individual muscles of the body, the muscle systems of the body, and how they work together is phenomenal. More importantly, she understands that when these muscles and muscles systems are misaligned and not working properly together that the result is pain. As a massage therapist Rachel is truly outstanding.

I have been to Rachel 4-5 times for chronic back pain and always leave feeling refreshed and like a new man. Very relaxing decor and music. She is clearly very dedicated to uncovering a client's unique needs and has a genuine desire to see me walk away standing up straighter and in less pain when the session is complete.
