I am so thrilled I found Brittany from Restore the Floor! My first visit was at 5 weeks postpartum with my first child. At a time when I was most vulnerable and worried about recovery, she provided compassionate care and a clear, realistic recovery plan. We review exercises in person then she sends me visual prompts so I can work on them properly at home. With her professional analysis and guidance, not only are my pelvic issues improving so much faster than I expected, Brittany is also helping resolve some long standing body mechanics issues that I had basically given up on. I now understand how my body works so much more and feel I am building a solid foundation for a long athletic future.

Where can I begin saying how much Restore the Floor has helped me in my postpartum journey? I was 4 weeks postpartum with my first child when I first met Brittany. I had a traumatic birth and was an absolute mess both mentally and physically. Not only was Brittany professional and thorough, but also caring and empathetic. The exercises she gave were attainable and fit my busy new mom lifestyle. I never felt self conscious in her care. Attended a Restore the Floor PT group class in Lebanon, NH. Brittany immediately impressed me with her ability to communicate pelvic floor healing in the postpartum stage with compassion. I scheduled several one-on-one consults with Brittany to loosen and strengthen my abdomen, approximately 2-4 months postpartum. I continued to work with Brittany on shoulder strengthening from an old athletic injury as my son grew and became heavy quickly.
