This office's practices (registration, billing, etc.) are outdated. Dr. McGinely-Smith also wasn't helpful, didn't make me feel welcome, and let his ego impact the level of care he provides. It was among the worst provider experiences I've ever had.

Dr. McGinley-Smith is the best. He sees everything with his little glass "eye extender". He is kind and gentle. I cannot give him enough stars. He used to have a couple days week in New London, and my aging parents loved him. When he moved his practice to where he lives, my husband and I continue to go up the road to find him.
