Highly recommend! Ray is not only a master artist in the field of SMP, but he is professional and patient. I did months of thorough research on who was the best in the Southeast, and Ray consistently showed up over and over. He is even held in high regard by other SMP artists in the region. Also, from my review, Ray is the only SMP artist in the area that has genuine educational training/certification by the #1 SMP artist in the country (Scalp Micro USA in NYC).
