I had SUCH a lovely massage with Amanda; she was so attuned to my needs post MVA. She offered such lovely attention and care. Her space is like the sweetest little cocoon for healing. ✨ Since she's only available on Wednesdays and Fridays, I had to postpone a few sessions until my schedule opens up again, but I'm looking forward to coming back for a massage!

Karen is an amazing & highly intuitive natural born healer. Just two sessions & my shoulder issue is improving at a rate that brings me to tears of joy! For days after the sessions the healing continues unfolding…They are a gift…I am so grateful to be receiving!!!

Amanda is a miracle worker. At an event I attended she was giving out 15 minute massages. In that 15 minutes she did more work than some therapists do in 1 hour! I knew I needed to book more time with her immediately. After todays hour session I feel so much more relaxed and balanced. I look forward to seeing the magic she can work in our next session.

I have been to Rest and Ritual twice now. And had Amanda both times. I have been completely satisfied and content after every session. They are great at checking in on pressure and placement throughout the session. Amanda is awesome at giving you time and space to talk comfortably about how your feeling before and after each session. I was amazed at their ability to remember the little things like how my feet hold my heat so they left my feet out of the blanket. It is so nice to have someone who listens and cares for my preferences and concerns, both physically and mentally when it comes to trigger/trauma areas and preferences. I will be continuing seeing R+R with Amanda as much as I am able!
