I have never left a bad review in my life but if I could give this negative reviews I would. Absolutely horrible place. I would not send my worst enemy here. My dad was here for less than a year & his health declined so rapidly due to the negligence & neglectfulness of this facility. He never got showered, changed or listened to at all. Nurses were always gossiping or sitting on their phones rather than helping him or us while trying to get their attention, which often took a while/a lot. My dad was not talking, eating, walking, and was very dizzy & lightheaded & weak etc. & worsening for days & they had the audacity to not only notify us, but when we noticed everyday that we went & asked them to check his vitals, they say that he was faking it for attention, and in front of him. The rooms were rough, the staffing was stretched thin, call lights stayed on too long, and families like mine walked away worried instead of reassured. Reviews were ugly, inspections were harsh, and the reputation around town matched what we saw with our own eyes. For me it was heartbreaking, because my mother deserved better. That was then. Now I walk into the same building on Pinnacle Road and I see something completely different. Faculty needs 24/7 house keeping so it doesn't get so dirty pashents complaint not being taken care of by anyone just like they don't care and laying in dirty beds this is a bad place to house other humans that are suffering a hospital does a better job than this place

this place is dirty and cheap. no wipes. they wipe you with rags that have been used to wipe others. they use reusable bed pads that others have urinated and pooped on. we might as well be sharing underwear. i have my own disposable bed pads and wipes. im young and here for rehab. i can’t wait to leave. i’m definitely motivated to work harder to leave here. my bed and tv didn’t work upon arrival and had to be replaced. call light response time is atrocious so you better be independent because if you need assistance, you’ll be waiting for a long time. i’d give it a 0 if i could

A very dedicated team to helping those who can't help themselves, patients in the absolute worst condition when they arrived! Very refreshing to see a team take every opportunity to make each experience better with each individual patient. One young man came in terrible shape and walked out of there!! This place strives to better their care 24/7...no nursing home is perfect. They have an excellent ventilator unit.
